Return Policy


YES we accept returns!  Elements Boutique believes returns should be as easy as possible.

WHEN:  Return your clothing item within three days of receipt and return shipping is on us!  Every clothing item is sent to you with a POSTAGE PAID RETURN LABEL!!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it does not fit we will accept it back for fourteen days from the date it was delivered to you, but the return shipping label is only good for three days after receipt of delivery or you are responsible for the return shipping. 

Hats and earrings are not eligible for returns due to sanitary/hygienic reasons.

HOW:   To be eligible for a return, all items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the tags still attached to the products.  The item must be in its original condition and free from all odors.  Please return your packing slip with your return and mark the items you are returning and include the reason for return.  If you have lost your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:  name, email, item(s) description and reason for return.  Without the packing slip or a note processing your return will be delayed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:  If you believe you have received an item with a defect, Elements Boutique must be contacted within three days of the date the package was delivered to you in order for you to receive a replacement.  After the three days, there is nothing we can offer you.  If your requested items are out of stock, we will refund your money.  Please send us an email at and we will respond with any issues.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable on returns.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Elements Boutique does not offer exchanges since we cannot guarantee the size you need will be in stock when we receive your return.  We cannot hold items.  You are welcome to order the item you want and we will send it promptly to you.  As soon as your return arrives, we will process it as stated in our return policy.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten business days of receipt of return.  Please remember banks often need processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
